Exchange Policy

You may exchange new, unworn or unused products within three (3) days from the date on which the goods are received by you.
Once delivery has been initiated an exchange button will become active on your Order History Page. You can request an exchange by clicking on this button, post which one of our representatives will get in touch with you.
Please ensure that the item you are exchanging is accompanied with its corresponding invoice / receipt.
Please note, that each item is only exchangeble once through the website. If further exchange is required then please contact us via email on customer.relations@iskoolnow.com with the subject line Exchange Request - Order No.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can only be cancelled before your order is shipped from our Warehouse. After shipment, all purchases are final.
