Q. How do I register with IskoolNow.com?

A. Registering with IskoolNow is very easy. Please follow the following steps:
Step 1: Click on the Register button located on the top left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Fill the form with all the required information.
Step 3: Click the Register button on the bottom of the form.
Step 4: Open the email account provided at the time of registering your account. Please open the email received from iSkoolNow and click on the link provided.
Step 6: Enter the login information and click Login.

Q. What is the account dashboard?

A. Account dashboard is the hub of all your activity on IskoolNow.com. You can view your recent orders, account information, billing and shipping address. You can also update your personal information and view the summary of all your orders placed with status and amount.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. Please follow below procedure:
Step 1: Browse through our website and add to cart all the items you wish to order
Step 2: Once you have selected all the products, Click on the Cart button available on the top-right corner of your screen
Step 3: Please ensure that the details of all products selected are correct. Click on the Proceed to Checkout button
Step 4: Please verify your billing details. If your shipping address is different from the billing address, uncheck the Ship to Billing Address and provide the shipping details
Step 5: Click on the Proceed to Place Order Button
Step 6: Select Delivery Option and Payment Method and click Place Order button

Q. How long does the delivery take?

A. We offer 3 different delivery options:
• Standard Delivery - 3 to 4 Business Days after confirmation of order
• Speed Delivery - Within 24 Hours after confirmation of order
• Pickup from Smart Shop - While placing your order you have the option to select self pickup. Pickups can be done Monday through Saturday 10 am to 6 pm after placing your order online.

Q. What are the delivery charges?

A. Depending on the delivery method and product, certain delivery charges may be levied.
• Self Pickup will have no charges
• Standard and Speed Delivery charges will vary depending on the products, quantity and size. These charges will be displayed on your checkout screen before you place the order.

Q. Can I exchange or return an item?

A. You may cancel an order before the the order is shipped from our Warehouse. After shipment all purchases are final.
New, unworn or unused products can be exchanged within three (3) days from the date on which the goods were delivered to you.

Q. Do your offer discount on bulk orders?

A. If you have a large order or if you have a bulk ordering requirement please Contact Us for a quote.

Q. Can my billing and shipping address be different?

A. Yes, you can have your ordered delivered to an address which may be different from your billing address.
